Sweet & Sour Meatballs


2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
2 t salt
3 T matzo meal or corn flake crumbs
3 T water

1 12-oz bottle chili sauce
¾ c grape jelly
2 T lemon juice
1 12-oz can ginger ale


Mix first five ingredients. For sauce, mix the sauce ingredients and simmer on low heat. Make small meatballs and drop into sauce and simmer for 1 ½ hours, uncovered.
