Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 T butter or margarine
½ t salt
⅛ t pepper
2 c cooked rice (½ c raw)
2 c soft bread or cracker crumbs
1 ½ – 2 c grated mild cheddar cheese
1 ½ c chopped celery

Instructions

Mix well and turn into a greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
